Leigh-Ann Zaharevich, MS
Since 1994, Leigh-Ann has been providing learning and organizational development solutions for companies ranging from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, financial services, and landscaping. Her work affects people at every level of the organization, whether there are 5 or 5,000 employees. She especially enjoys working with people who are first-time supervisors or managers.
Leigh-Ann was part of the team that was awarded ATD’s (Associated for Talent Development) annual BEST Award for their leadership development program. Leigh-Ann developed The Trainer’s Edge™ for turning subject matter experts into excellent trainers. She designed and developed a course for SkillSoft which is currently being distributed worldwide. Leigh-Ann also teaches HR courses at the CU Denver Business School.
