Professional coaching packages consist of:
- An initial consultation to determine needs and goals

Assessments may include the Everything DiSC® profile, the EQi Emotional Intelligence assessment, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and the What’s My Communication Style? assessment. Coaching techniques may include shadowing work, journaling, case-study analysis, and role plays.
