Our in-person instructor-led training programs are currently only delivered to organizations and their select group of employees at their place of business or chosen venue and a mutually determined date and time.
Live public webinars (online classes for individuals) are scheduled for late summer/early fall 2023. We are planning to open registration to the public summer 2023.
DTG is also planning to offer in-person public seminars around the Denver metro area in the fall of 2023, so stay tuned!
Customized one-on-one coaching is another alternative we offer to individuals who are looking outside their organization to enrich their professional and personal skills.
There is no premium for using our services – our clients pay exactly the same rate when they book through us as they would if they hire the individual training consultant directly. Our value-added service goes beyond by providing one point of contact for access to all of our training consultants and their learning and development solutions, saving our clients considerable time and energy in researching and identifying the most appropriate resources.
In order to be the provider of quality, value-added services, essential customization is included for all programs. This helps our professionals deliver programs that meet the specific needs of the participants and the organization. This level of customization will consist of interview questions by one of our DTG Account Managers and a phone interview by the training consultant prior to the delivery of the program.
We also offer extensive customization at an additional cost. Based on issues facing the organization, you and your organization may need a fully customized program or a lesser level of assistance such as development of case studies to reflect your specific situation. With a more extensive assessment, our professionals can develop company-specific exercises, case studies, discussions, or assessments to fulfill your organizational needs. This customization is based on hours required by our trainer/consultant, billed at actual cost.
The majority of our training consultants reside in Colorado, but we can provide services to clients across the country and internationally. DTG also has relationships with training consultants in other parts of the U.S., such as Dallas-Houston-Fort Worth, Detroit, Boston, and San Francisco.
