Leadership Coaching Package Details
Our process begins with a thorough assessment of the leader’s current situation and needs, followed by a well-structured coaching plan. Here’s what you can expect from our coaching packages:
- Initial Consultation: We start with a 30-minute, no-obligation one-on-one virtual meeting. This introductory session allows both the coach and the coachee to determine if there is a good fit. Chemistry and trust are crucial in the coaching relationship, and it’s important that both parties feel comfortable moving forward.
- 360 Review & Assessment (Optional): After establishing a working relationship, the leadership coach will review the coachee’s most recent 360-degree feedback or similar assessment data, if available. If these are not available, or if it aligns with the coachee’s individual needs, optional assessments can be administered to provide valuable insights and benchmark data. The use of assessments is tailored to each leader’s unique goals and can include:
- R.A.N.™ Model of Performance Management Survey: A powerful tool for identifying leadership strengths and areas for growth.
- EQi Emotional Intelligence Assessment: A detailed assessment of the coachee’s emotional intelligence, providing insights into areas like self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal relationships.
- Everything DiSC® Profile: This assessment offers an in-depth look at communication styles and how they affect leadership behaviors.
- Emotional Intelligence Leadership 360: Like the EQ-i 2.0®, the EQ 360 measures the same fifteen emotional intelligence competencies. It combines a self-report assessment with the perceptions of others, such as colleagues, direct reports, and supervisors. This holistic view allows leaders to better understand how their emotional intelligence is perceived by those around them and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coaching Plan Development: Based on the results of the 360 data or assessments, the leadership coach will craft a customized Coaching Plan. This plan will clearly outline defined goals, milestones, and expectations. Setting these benchmarks is essential for tracking progress and ensuring that both the coach and coachee are aligned on the desired outcomes.
- Tailored Coaching Sessions: Once the plan is established, we deliver a package of coaching sessions. Typically, this involves six 1-hour sessions spread over a period of 3 to 4 months, though packages can be adjusted to meet specific needs. Each session is dynamic, utilizing techniques such as:
- Shadowing: Observing leaders in their work environment to gain real-time insights into their leadership style.
- Journaling: Encouraging coachees to reflect on their experiences and behaviors between sessions.
- Case-Study Analysis: Reviewing real-world scenarios to sharpen decision-making skills.
- Role Plays: Engaging in role-play exercises to practice and refine leadership techniques in a controlled environment.
Throughout the coaching process, our coaches remain flexible, adapting the approach as necessary to meet evolving needs or challenges that arise.
