The Everything DiSC Workplace® workshop is designed to establish better communication, improve culture, and develop leadership skills, especially among teams. Participants experience a personalized and interactive learning experience in building more effective relationships at work.

The DiSC assessment increases an individual’s awareness of how their behavioral and communication styles help or hinder their effectiveness as a team member and/or leader. These insights lead to new behaviors that reduce confusion, tension, or delays and ultimately, build stronger team relationships.

Participants will complete their DiSC assessments to generate their profiles on The Platform Catalyst™, which is a personalized, mobile-enabled learning platform that acts as a single access point throughout a learner’s DiSC® Journey.

In this workshop, teams are led through the powerful Five Behaviors model, which is based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Teams will learn and be able to put into practice the behaviors that will help them overcome obstacles to effective teamwork, work better together, and improve individual and team performance.

Specifically, The Five Behaviors training program provides the same framework as the book. Teams start their journey by learning how to instill vulnerability-based trust. They then proceed to build on that experience by learning how to engage in conflict, accountability. They conclude their journey by learning how to achieve team-based results.

Prior to the workshop, Team members will complete The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ assessment, which is reinforced by DiSC, a powerful behavioral tool that has been helping people connect better for years.
