Randy has more than 30 years of experience as a training and organizational development professional. His emphasis in identifying needs, designing programs, persuading key executives to meet the challenge of performance improvement, delivering training and consulting services, setting goals, measuring results, and achieving objectives distinguishes him from other professionals in this field. His experience includes working with more than 150,000 employees and executives from the shop floor to the board room, in over 1,000 organizations ranging from the corner store to Fortune 500 companies, from the local library to the Library of Congress, and from the State House to the White House. Randy takes great pride in generating commitment, focus, and passion within an organization. Randy Bauer received his bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and his MBA from Kent State University. Before forming his own training and consulting firm, he served as a trainer, educational coordinator, management consultant, and director of training for two large organizations employing more than 5,000 people. He also has served as an adjunct professor in management at Columbia College, Webster University, and the University of Colorado. Culture Change: Based on considerable input from employees at all levels with experience ranging from one month to twenty-five years, Randy developed a program focusing on teamwork and trust.
Results: Employee performance improved in almost every measurable way. Most importantly, there was greater communication among work groups and departments, and a substantial jump in morale throughout the organization was achieved.
Performance Management System: With the assistance of key-company personnel, Randy developed performance standards for employees, supervisors, and managers to use in hiring, assigning, training, and promotion decisions.

Creating Partnerships: For one of his clients, Randy has presented more than 300 seminars to management and employees over a ten-year period.
