Melissa Leland

Melissa Leland, MS

Melissa leads human capital consulting and change management partnerships with expertise in culture transformation, elevating and aligning performance, identifying root causes of performance stagnation and comprehensive strategies for performance and competitive advantage catapults, designing structures for scalability, compensation strategy rollout, and developing leaders for high-performing teams, engaging staff, and prioritizing career development. She also designs and implements change management strategies for coordinated and engaging change experiences required for successful project execution and sustained results both for consulting and contracting engagements.
