Laura Hazen is an experienced attorney, litigator, consultant, and advisor specializing in employment law and litigation. With a deep commitment to her clients and a broad range of expertise, Laura brings valuable insights and strategic approaches to navigating complex legal landscapes.

Laura works passionately and thoughtfully with businesses and individuals to maximize the benefit of their legal rights and to understand their legal obligations. She accomplishes this task by providing day-to-day advice, drafting customized policies and procedures and implementing those policies through employee trainings. She believes that clear guidelines—for managers as well as employees—is the best path to a productive workforce and litigation avoidance.

Laura brings a rich and varied educational background to her work. She holds an M.S. in Business Management from the University of Colorado at Denver and is an alumna of the Bard Center for Entrepreneurship. Laura earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and graduated cum laude from Cornell College with a B.S.S. in English, Women’s Studies, and Art.
