For the past 13 years Kelli has been a certified facilitator, coach, and trainer who guides organizations to build community within their companies by improving communication skills, implementing effective conflict resolution strategies, and empowering leaders to develop strong relationships and improve retention, trust, and job satisfaction within their workplaces. She also designs training workshops and programs that help organizations create strong and lasting results within their companies. Kelli personalizes content and issues for greater understanding and application.

Kelli holds a master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Denver. She is a certified facilitator of the SpiralMethod™ and The Six Types of Working Genius™.
